Marika Bertrand

Marika completed a Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs and International Relations at Laval University in 2011, followed by a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at the same university in 2013. She distinguished herself through outstanding academic results, earning an Honourable Mention and being named to the Faculty of Law’s Honour Roll. She has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2015.

Marika joined PPG in 2015, where she practises business law. She supports and advises entrepreneurs and organizations on their corporate transactions and projects, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and business transfers, with a pragmatic approach and strong legal rigour.

Marika values mandates that require both precision and practicality. Proactive and structured, she is recognized for her ability to identify key business issues and guide clients with concrete solutions tailored to their reality. She places great importance on trusted relationships, teamwork, and providing structured legal support that strengthens businesses.
